In July 2021, Chandler Halderson of Wisconsin filed a missing person's report for his parents: 50-year-old Bart Halderson and 53-year-old Krista Halderson. He told authorities that on July 2, 2021, his parents had been picked up by unknown "friends" before they headed to a rustic cabin three hours away. They never returned.
